Gest’UP – Professional Gestures for Inclusion – is a European initiative that puts professional gestures — the concrete tasks carried out in real work situations — at the centre of integration and training pathways to improve the employability of people who are far from the labour market.

By uniting companies, training providers, and social partners, it creates sector-specific skills guides, practical workplace training, and an interactive platform with educational videos. Through shared certification, Gest’UP recognizes actual abilities beyond formal qualifications, promoting a more inclusive and flexible European framework for micro-certification.
